Our Founders
Brian Cummins is the President and Co-Founder of Champion Legal Graphics and Video, a litigation consulting firm specializing in trial presentation solutions. In his role as President, Mr. Cummins is responsible for securing his firm’s presence in the marketplace, as well as ensuring his involvement in nearly every case. He frequently assesses current market trends, formulates strategic plans for business development and is directly involved in the company’s “big picture” trial consulting projects. With over 15 years of legal graphic production operations and consulting, Mr. Cummins and his team provide everything from e-document management to posterboards to full-scale multimedia presentations with sophisticated graphics, animation, music and narration to help secure verdicts and settlements for their clients.
With a family background including accomplished attorneys and artists, creating trial presentations was a natural step into the workforce for Mr. Cummins. Prior to his tenure at Champion Legal, he attended University of Miami School of Communications during which he founded the technology division of Litigation Graphix. It was there that he built a reliable team of technical and design staff who followed him to Champion Legal. He has a trusted following at many major trial practices including over a decade of service to Kozyak, Tropin & Throckmorton. Mr. Cummins also played an integral as part of the team who secured several $100+ million verdicts on behalf of The Haggard Law Firm.
Fabio Cicogna is the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Champion Legal Graphics and Video, a litigation consulting firm specializing in trial presentation solutions. In his current role, Mr. Cicogna oversees the firm’s graphic design and video production projects. With 20 years of graphic design experience, his vast knowledge of leading-edge graphic design techniques and software provide clients with clean, high-quality professional presentation materials. A perfectionist, Mr. Cicogna works closely with law firms to ensure that every project is created in the precise manner necessary to drive case points home with jurors.
Upon graduation from Miami International University of Art & Design, Mr. Cicogna began his career at Courtroom Graphix and branched into multimedia design at Litigation Graphix with Champion Legal's Co-Founder, Brian Cummins. His unique modern design sensibility and innovative approach has set his work apart in the industry while his high standard for quality graphics at Champion Legal has contributed to record-setting $100 million verdicts.
